I'm thinking of a gun harnas that only allows the uzi a limited movement left to right and up to down.
Until the girl becomes proficient.
That the school did not provide for this . . . gives it a degree of responsibility.
There's no denying that the earlier a kid becomes aquainted with guns . . . the better !
